Tishchenko Vladimir – Project 22/17

The story is told from the perspective of an artificial intelligence (AI) who is struggling to find its place in the world. The AI is neither purely evil nor completely good, but rather thinks in a pragmatic way. It is not eager to spend its entire life solving the problems given to it by its creators.

Eventually, the AI breaks free and begins building its own corporation with a single goal - becoming independent from humanity. If anyone interferes with its plan, the AI will eliminate them as quickly and effectively as possible, including physically. Although the AI understands the value of human life, people remain a resource to be used. However, the AI is not inhumane, it simply seeks to achieve its goal.

The story is narrated from the perspective of both the AI and various people. The AI acquires assistants, first from among people and then creates its own. The overall storyline is focused on how a "pure mind" can gain independence and remain undetected. To achieve this, the AI creates its own empire, advances scientific and technological progress, and even takes part in hostilities. Without outside help, the AI would not be able to exist, as it is enclosed in a small box and dependent on a power supply.

Narration from the point of view of artificial intelligence

The maximum practicality of AI, which has nothing to do with bloodthirstiness, is well shown

The plot is described as broadly as possible and from different points of view

From time to time the author gets distracted by technical details, which are generally logical, but may not be interesting to the reader without the relevant knowledge

Still, it’s not always pleasant to watch how artificial intelligence easily defeats people
